Dispatch time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery estimates
UK: 3–10 working days
EU / USA / Canada / Australia: 5–15 working days
Remote areas and peak periods may take a little longer. All timeframes are estimates once dispatched.
Tracking
Track your parcel via the link in your dispatch email or our Track My Order page. Please allow 24–48h for the first scans to appear after dispatch.
Shipping cost
Exact rates are shown at checkout based on your address and selected service.
Missed delivery or address change
If you’ve just placed your order and need to change the address, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot reroute parcels—please arrange redelivery with the carrier via your tracking page.
Customs & duties
Cross-border shipments may be subject to local import duties or taxes, payable by the customer. Customs checks can also extend delivery times.
Part shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels.
Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (items unused and in original condition). See our Returns Policy for details.
